Term of use

All prices shown are FOB factory. Most of the products originate from Europe, but some may originate elsewhere. This will be provided at the time of the official offer.

Shipping Invoice Number Required: Provide UPS, FedEx or DHL/Airborne Express invoice number for shipping charges. In some cases, we may not be able to use the customer's account number for shipping. For some items, an alternate carrier may be used (example: heavy, bulky items such as coffee mugs, bottled water may be sent by truck carrier. In this case, a loading dock address may be required.) Alternatively, I may be charged for shipping.

Terms: For new customers, prepayment is required: For existing customers, please contact your customer support representative. Terms may be determined, subject to revision.

Due to the nature of our work, all orders are irrevocable. In cases where cancellation can be accepted, there may be a cancellation fee, which will vary from case to case. In the case of orders that have not gone into production, there may be fees for cancellation of artistic services provided, proofs, etc. This is charged at a rate of EUR 100 per hour, with a minimum of 30 minutes, in 30 minute increments.

Products cannot be returned, except with prior authorization. In the event of authorization, a shipping address will be provided. There will be a restocking fee depending on the product being returned. Special restrictions apply to technological products and clothing.

Claims: All claims must be submitted in writing within 7 days of receipt of goods. . The address for shipping the goods will be provided by promoitems. All product returns must be received by promoitems within 15 days of submission of the request.

Products are subject to over or under quantity. The percentage varies depending on the product and the factory used. the order will be adjusted to the quantity delivered and charged accordingly.

We reserve the right not to accept any order because one of our many factories does not meet our quality requirements. We have more than 1000 factories that work for us and offer many of their products for sale, but are not responsible for the quality of the products. In some cases we may recommend alternative products or need to supply an alternative product from another factory to meet the event date for our client. This will be discussed with the client before using an alternative product.

All products are subject to stock availability and prior sales.

Every effort is made to ensure that prices are correct: in the event that there is an error in pricing, promoitems may not be able to honor the prices shown on the website.

Delivery times shown are approximate and can generally be met. This is usually shown as standard delivery time: this is from receipt of order, together with acceptable drawings and proof approval.

Special note regarding technology products: Memory prices are variable and subject to change. Prices will be confirmed within 24 hours of placing the order with brands. Empty items are not returned. Orders once placed will not be adjusted again in case the price drops.
